Privacy, in plain English
No accounts, no tracking, no marketing, no cookie banner — because there’s nothing to consent to. Your browser stores one small flag to remember which topics you’ve backed, and that’s it. The site keeps visitor counts for 90 days: which page, when, and where you came from. When you visit, back, raise or reply, it stores a scrambled version of your connection address, made with a secret key, instead of the address itself. That lets us limit spam and repeat backing without knowing who you are. Automated traffic may be asked to complete a quick security check. If you leave your email, it’s used for exactly what it says next to the box — updates on your topic — and it’s never shared with the club or anyone else. Want it deleted? Ask any board member and it’s gone.
